Jackfruit Powder Idli (Add-to-batter method)

Idli batter: 2 cups

Jackfruit powder: 2–4 tbsp (1–2 tbsp per person)

Salt: to taste

Water: to adjust consistency

Method:

Stir jackfruit powder into a little water to make a paste; mix into batter and adjust consistency.

Ferment if needed as per usual routine, then steam 12–13min until done.
