Water 1.5 cups

Milk 0.5 cup

Tea leaves 2 tsp

Ginger powder 1/4 tsp

Jaggery/sugar to taste

Method:

Boil water with ginger powder and tea leaves for 2–3 minutes.

Add milk, simmer 2 minutes, sweeten, strain, and serve hot.

Tip: Add a pinch of cardamom for aroma.
