Garlic Butter Rice (Tiffin-Friendly)

Ingredients:

Cooked rice 2 cups (cooled)

Butter 1 tbsp

Garlic Granules 1–1.5 tsp

Salt to taste, pepper 1/4 tsp

Optional: sweet corn/peas 1/2 cup, chopped coriander

Method:

Melt butter in a pan; add garlic granules and sauté 20–30 seconds on low.

Toss in rice, season, add veggies if using; mix well and serve.
